Training 52 facility managers and desk officers
The International Society of Media in Public Health and Initiative for Health Accountability and Transparency supported Adamawa State Primary Health Care Development Agency to train 52 facility managers and desk officers responsible for Patients’ Rights and grievances resolution in primary health care (PHC) on complaint and grievances management in Yola north Adamawa State.
The training provided comprehensive and practical guide on the use of the monitoring tools through which patients can register their complaint and grievances and get timely redressal.
This training would ensure an improvement in the functionality of PHC facilities, adherence to patients rights, as well as the responsiveness and accountability of health care providers.
